Ideation + Experimentation 


The team explored multiple concepts including a dealer loyalty program aimed at reducing costs by rewarding visits with points to be used to pay down loans, utilizing the vehicles onboard telemetric data, rewarding drivers for efficiency or utilization.

Armed with areas of opportunity, the team conducted a 5-day sprint with Toyota stakeholders to focus concepts into a solution that was both consumer-focused yet benefitted the three lines of business.
