POV to MVP
Once the concept was approved, our team moved into structuring a product delivery program that would deliver a POV to global leadership in Japan. The team focused on plotting near term goals for the roadmap, defining epics and scaling up design execution. Once approved, KPMG ultimately built and delivered an application MVP to Toyota. At the present time Toyota is piloting the concept within emerging markets in Asia.
