Simplified patient onboarding and marketing tools


Within the Pre-phase of the Hospice service journey, the team believed a digital product awareness tool would significantly increase new client conversion. Hospice liaisons routinely carry printed materials that spread awareness but do not enhance or attract potential patient family members. A Digital experience would help families explore the hospice experience in a productive, self-guided tool, designed to answer questions and gather decision insights on the patient.
