Rebranding Hawai‘i’s largest bakery.
In 2013, I worked with the team at La Tour Bakehouse (formally Ba-Le Bakery) to create a new brand and design system for the bakery. Borrrowing from the families Vietnamese history, the rich tradition of French baking, and the bakery’s values of quality ingredients and time-honored methods I crafted a mark that would honor the history of the bakery while feeling contemporary and fresh.
